Driving to the finish line with Siemens at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Worked again with Siemens UK, project directing their presence at 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Deliverables included using agile; Website, PR strategy, Social Media Plan, Digital capabilities at event.

The core project team worked in separate workstreams, some remotely and self-collaborating throughout the project, working agile and towards common goals.

This project was the most effective piece of work I have ever done.

Project leading this outdoor event for Siemens partnership with Goodwood Festival of Speed. We created three different touch points at the event to communicate what Siemens does and how it does it in the event’s Future Lab, in the F1 Paddock and at the First Glance Paddock. The core project team worked in separate workstreams, some remotely and self-collaborating throughout the project, working agile and towards common goals.

Results were global press, TV, online, social inc. 88 pieces of coverage, 1.84 billion online readership, 1.64k social shares.
