zen habits: 10 Essential Email Habits & Importance of a good subject to gain the intended action

A colleague commented recently, “how do you manage everything you do?”; IT consultancy role, Charity Project work, socialising etc. Well it’s all about putting my project management skills to very good use.
I’m sure you will agree having so many emails, personal, work, newsletters etc can be overwhelming, here are some nice tips and for those that use gmail to help get through it all but you can apply these principles to other email accounts too…see Zenhabits post below.
I also have  my own personal recommendation – the importance of the subject of your email… having exactly the action already intended there is helpful, I often change the subject before I press ‘reply all’, this also helps later when ‘searching’ for that all important email you remember was about something important except the subject is about something all together different.
